In a bowl add maida, add all ingredients of crust.

Knead it with lukewarm water. Keep aside for the to 20 min.

In a pan heat the oil, add cumin seed, fennel seed, and carom seed.

Now take small balls and roll it in poori shape.

Now cut poori in 2 part.

Gave it triangle shape, and fill the filling and make samosa

Brush the oil on samosa. Put it in pre heated air fryer basket.

Air fried for 20 min.

Now our almost oil free mini samosa are ready.
