Navaratri Special Sabudaana Vada

First wash sabudana with drinking water with hands then soak it for 2 to 4 hrs.

Roast peanuts & grind it in mixer.

Give boil to potatoes & mashed properly.

Now after 2 hrs soaked sabudana is ready for vada, so take 1 big bowl add sabudana in it.

Add mashed potatoes & peanut powder then add black pepper powder,fasting salt & chopped green chilles & chopped corrainder leaves.

Mix well all above ingredients with hands & it form a dough.

Meanwhile heat the pan put oil in it..For vada oil is hot for deep frying..it should not be warm.

Now oil is heated take some oil in ur hands palm..Make small ball with dough..& give shape like tikki or vada.

In high flame 1 or 2 vada deep fry..till golden brown both sides.

It's a suggestion at a time 1or 2 vada you take for deep fry otherwise may be they break.

If you don't want oily so do shallow fry with 2 spoon oil.

Serve hot with fresh curd & fresh fasting green chutney or tomatoes.
