For bottlegourd veg peel bottlegourd cut into pieces

Heat oil in a pan add all spices salt and bottlegourd

For green tomato chutney grind tomato green chilli rock salt coriander leaves

For buttermilk blend the curd temper it with oil mustard seeds

Fry potato chips peanuts and sago balls and prepare fast chiwda

Heat ghee in a pan add mashed potato in it.cook till brown and ghee starts leaving the pan.add sugar. halwa ready.

Delicious navratri platter ready to be served,rajgir laddoo are store brought.
