Ingredients

  • 1 cupwaterchestnut flour
  • 4-5Potato boiled
  • 1/4Bottlegourd
  • 2Tomato
  • a handfulCoriander leaves
  • 4-5Green chilli
  • to tasteRock salt
  • 1 tbspGhee
  • 1/2 glassCurd
  • 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  • as neededSago balls fries for fast(for frying)
  • as neededPotato chips for fast (for frying)
  • as neededOil
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 4-5 tspSugar

    Boil potato

  2. 2

    For poori prepare a dough of water chestnut flour and boiled potatoes.add little rock salt in it.

    Roll pooris fry in hot oil till golden brown

  4. 4

    For aloo Sabzi heat a pan add chooped tomatoes.saute it little

  5. 5

    Add all spices and rock salt add boiled mashed potatoes

  6. 6

    Add water let it cook for few minutes

  7. 7

    Garnish with coriander leaves

  8. 8

    For bottlegourd veg peel bottlegourd cut into pieces

  9. 9

    Heat oil in a pan add all spices salt and bottlegourd

  10. 10

    Let it cook for few minutes

    For green tomato chutney grind tomato green chilli rock salt coriander leaves

  12. 12

    For buttermilk blend the curd temper it with oil mustard seeds

  13. 13

    Fry potato chips peanuts and sago balls and prepare fast chiwda

  14. 14

    Heat ghee in a pan add mashed potato in it.cook till brown and ghee starts leaving the pan.add sugar. halwa ready.

    Delicious navratri platter ready to be served,rajgir laddoo are store brought.
