Take Gulkand,dry fruits,finely chopped Kalkati Pan,Saunf,cooking chocolate,rose essence and mix this for 2 minutes.Now your stuffing is ready.

Now add little water to the sugar to make a sugar syrup till it thickens.Make a 2 1/2 Strings Sugar Syrup.Now add the Green Food colour to the sugar syrup.

Now add to it Khoya and stir it on the stove till the Khoya melts.

Put off the stove and add Kaju Powder and Elaichi Powder and mix it.

Let it cool down.

Now take a thick plastic paper and knead the layer dough.

Make balls of it and roll into Puris.

Cut those Puris into 4 parts.

Give a pan shape with your hands and stuff it with our prepared stuffing.

Let it dry for 5-10 minutes

Now apply to each Silver Varakh
