Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1 kgWheat flour
  2. 1 pinchsalt
  3. 100 gramssugar (optional)
  4. I litre Warm water
  5. 1/2 litreCooking oil, (liquid always the best)

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the flour in a basin

  2. 2

    Add all the dry ingredients (salt and sugar?

  3. 3

    Mix the flour with the salt and sugar

  4. 4

    Add warm water as you kneed.

  5. 5

    Ensure the dough is soft enough to get you soft chapos.

  6. 6

    Keep the dough for an hour or so before you start cooking.

  7. 7

    Roll a big lay, apply cooking oil, cut into your favorite size as you roll.

  8. 8

    Shallow fry with little heat.

  9. 9

    Serve them hot, with your favorite stew.
