Ingredients

  • 1 kgjaggery
  • 50 gmcashew nuts
  • 50 gmedible gum
  • 50 gmraisin
  • 50 gmalmonds
  • 50 gmpoppy seeds
  • 100 gmmakhana
  • 50 gmdry ginger powder
  • 25 gmTurmeric powder
  • 250 gmghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut all dry fruits in small pieces

  2. 2

    Heat a pan put 2tbs ghee and fry edible gum, a keep aside

  3. 3

    After that rest ingredients put in pan rosat in slow flame for 5/6min

    At last jaggery crush and add all ingredients, lukewarm ghee, mix well

  5. 5

    Make small laddu. Done
