🔹Marinate chicken cubes with lemon juice, salt and let it rest for an hour.

🔹After an hour, Marinate with hung curd, ginger garlic paste, Tandoori chicken masala, turmeric powder, crushed peppercorns, salt and 2tbsp vegetable oil. Let it rest for 3 hours. Cubed onions/capsicums can also be added at this stage.

Assemble it in small toothpicks or Seekh. Grill the marinated chicken in oven for about 30 mins.

Serve with Diced Lemon and Green chillies.
