This is my husband's favorite cake and for his birthday, decided to learn to bake it for the very first time. I didn’t have coffee icing so used what I had and he doesn’t like too much icing so didn’t put any.

this is awesome dessert its very light and decadent, and is great for any occasion! parties,special occasion or just havin a wonderful snack in the afternoon after dinner I hope you enjoy this recipe that has been passed down for 30 years in my family .. it is a five star recipe .

I tweaked the Blueberry Cream Cheese Tart recipe a bit and made these... I wasn't so sure that the taste is okay but my sister loved it, so I guess it's a success. I didn't like the taste of coffee with cheese myself though.

Could not be easier.
