Cooking Instructions

In a pot without using any spices put the chicken breast in water, Let the water submerge the chicken breasts, over a med. heat let the water boil, white foam will rise, remove the foam, after some seconds the foam will rise again remove, redo this for 3 to 4 min.s (That helps to remove the bad taste of chicken), then take the chicken breast drain it. now take the chicken put them in a new empty pot submerge the chicken with water add the spices and the onion.

Spices (salt,b. pepper, laurel p., curry, dried lime, cardamom can add some cumin) + onion + 2 tbs of olive oil boil the water and be sure the chicken cooked will ، take out the chicken and save the chicken broth for the rice.

For the rice: first, let the rice in the water for 10 min.s, then wash your rice well with cold water and drain them for sure... in a pot put some o.oil put the rice in (* here you add the Curcuma t) then your warm chicken broth over the rice (you may need more warm water so, warm some water before starting) leave the rice steaming in the pot for 4 to 8 min.s and it is ready 👌👌
