Ingredients

  1. 5ripe bananas
  2. 1full avocado
  3. 1 glassmilk
  4. 4 scoopsice-cream (I used vanilla strawberry flavor)
  5. 5 leavesspinach

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the spinach, peel the bananas then slice your avocado into 2 equal halves and remove the seed to confirm if its good enough for human consumption.

    Dice the spinach into bigger pieces then introduce it into the blending jar.

    Then add the rest of the ingredients, starting with the milk To look like this then blend at high speed

    To look like this. Then blend at high speed. The result after pouring in a glass should be something like this

    The result should be this very tasty and health veggie-fruit shake which am sure your family will love. The above ingredients should give you close to 5 water glasses of the shake.
