Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspOil
  2. 1 tbspButter
  3. 1 tspCumin Seeds
  4. 2Onion chopped
  5. 2 tbspGinger Garlic Paste
  6. 3Tomatoes chopped finely
  7. 1/4 cupGreen peas
  8. 2Green Chilli chopped finely
  9. 1/2 cupCapsicum chopped finely
  10. 1 cupPaneer crumbled
  11. 1Raw banana diced
  12. 1Carrot diced
  13. 1/2 cupCauliflower florets
  14. 1/4 cupBeetroot diced
  15. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  16. 3 tbspPav Bhaji Masala Powder
  17. 1 tbspKashmiri Chilli Powder
  18. 1 tspSalt
  19. 2 tbspCoriander finely chopped
  20. 2 tsplemon juice
  21. Brown pav to serve

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil carrot, peas, banana, cauliflower and beetroot.

  2. 2

    Now heat oil and butter in a pan, add cumin and let them sizzle.

  3. 3

    Add onion and cook till it turns brown and becomes soft.

  4. 4

    Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a min.

  5. 5

    Add capsicum, green chillies and saute them.

  6. 6

    Add in tomatoes and cook them down till it gets mushy.

  7. 7

    Add in pav bhaji masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilin powder and salt and mix well.

  8. 8

    Add in veggie mix along with paneer and mash it well using a masher or back of your spoon.
