  • 4 bunchesMiro
  • 3 bunchesmanagu
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1little cooking oil
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1/2chopped onion
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chop the vegetables

  2. 2

    Boil for 30mins the drain excess water

  3. 3

    Fry the onions with oil and onions till golden brown then add tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Add vegetables then add milk.

  5. 5

    Add some salt then cook for 5mins and serve with Ugali.
