First heat oil in a kadhai.

Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and hing.

Add the green peas.

Add the sliced onions and let them cook till they turn soft and translucent.

Add in the chopped tomatoes. Mix everything properly, and let it cook till the tomatoes become soft.

Add all the masalas including turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.

Add shev and squeeze lemon juice.Mix well.
