Par boil the basmatic rice and rinse out starchy water then set aside in a sieve to drain

Add the meatstock, scotch bonnet pepper, curry powder, seasoning, salt and little vegetable oil if the meatstock is oiless

Add the parboiled rice and cook until dried up

Add the butter in a pan

Then pour in the diced vegetables and season lightly with salt and some seasoning then add the boiled and diced liver

Stir fry for 3 minutes

Pour the stirred fried vegetables into the cooked rice and stir to mix
