Take a bowl add atta, rawa, salt and eno powder if u do not have eno powder then u can use lemon juice and baking powder mix them well the add water and make paste as we make For dosa batter keep it aside for 10 to 15 min for rest

On other side make stuffing for atta dosa boil potatoes and mash it and keep aside then take a pan heat oil then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and Redchilli and curry leaves when it get red in colour then add onion in it and fry it nicely then add turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder and tomatoe fry it again nicely and keep it aside

Then take a tawa heat it then spread atta dosa batter and cook it in medium flame until it get red and crispy add little oil in middle

Then place stuffing in it and fold it and serve it atta dosa is ready..
