Found this on Pintrest and added to it a bit. It turned out better than I thought. The wife and I both loved it. A great side for steak or burgers.
Sweet Onion and Cheddar Pie
Found this on Pintrest and added to it a bit. It turned out better than I thought. The wife and I both loved it. A great side for steak or burgers.
Cooking Instructions

Mix ritz crumbs and melted butter and press into a 8" pie pan
- 2
In a large pan cook bacon.
- 3
Remove bacon and cook onion in the same pan with butter until transparent.
- 4
Stir in crumbled bacon and pour into pie pan over ritz crust.
- 5
Mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together and pour over onions. Sprinkle with cheese, and paprika.

Bake at 350° for 30 min.
- 7
Serve hot.

Smith and transformed into something more. I stated this will make 2 8in deep dish pies but it would probably make that plus a regular size pie. Enjoy!
