Tricia's Salmon Patties

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 canboneless skinless wild caught salmon in water
  2. 2organic eggs
  3. 1/4 cuporganic onion
  4. 1 tblsorganic butter

Cooking Instructions

    Drain water from salmon

  2. 2

    Chop onions fine

  3. 3

    Combine salmon, eggs and onion in bowl and mix with a fork

  4. 4

    Preheat stainless steel or cast iron skillet over medium heat on stovetop until water droplets combine without evaporating.

  5. 5

    Coat pan with butter.

  6. 6

    Spoon Salmon into pan forming 3 patties

  7. 7

    Cook for approximately 2 minutes or until brown.

  8. 8

    Flip and cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until brown.

  9. 9

    Serve over riced cauliflower or with your favorite vegetable!
