Ingredients

  1. 250 gramssuran
  2. 1onion
  3. 1Tomato
  4. As neededmustard oil
  5. HandfulChopped coriander leaves
  6. 1-2chopped green chillies
  7. To tastesalt
  8. 1lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and wash suran boil and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Add oil in a pan add chopped onion saute then add chopped tomato

  3. 3

    Saute then add boiled suran chopped coriander leaves and green chillies and salt saute well

  4. 4

    When cooled add lemon juice and serve.
