Ingredients

  • 2 cupsbasmati rice
  • 4 tspghee
  • For green gravyHandful coriander ,1 tomato 2 green chillies, cumin seeds and salt
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 pinchAsafoetida
  • 1Chopped onion
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1/2 cupGreen peas
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder and biryani Masala

Steps

  1. 1

    First heat ghee in cooker now add asafoetida cumin and mustard seeds....Now add veggies and let it cook...Now add green gravy ginger garlic paste and dry masalas...let it cook till it leaves oil.....Now add rice and water and salt and give 2 whistle.Serve it hot..
