This githeri is particularly good. I love it.
Cooking Instructions

Heat pan and add in oil. Then add in onions and cook until they turn pink.

Then add in tomatoes and mix until tomatoes are mashed.

Then add royco and mix then add in githeri. Add in little water and stir very well.
- 4
Add salt and cook for 5 minutes. Then serve and garnish well.
