1large brinjal sliced
1tomato chopped
1onion chopped
2green chillies chopped
1 tspfive spices
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat a pan add five spices and green chillies

Add brinjal slices and saute well
3

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it become soft
4

Add tomato and saute well till it becomes soft
5

Now add sugar and mix well
6

Serve it with Indian flat breads
