Steps

Take a bowl to knead the dough, add onions, mix salt and keep for 10 minutes. The water of onions will leave. Add red chilli powder and ajwain.

Add wheat flour, green coriander leaves and knead the dough. Divide them into equal proportion.

Roll and make Paratha and serve with curds.

Can have for breakfast too.
