12 servings
  • 100 gsugar
  • 50 gground almond
  • 2avocados
  • 3egg whites
  • 150 gplain flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 2 tablespoonscocoa powder
  • 100 gchopped dates
  • 100 gdark chocolate
  • 100 gmilk chocolate
  • 100 gwhite chocolate

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees. Add the avocados, almond and sugar to a bowl and mash together

    Mix in the egg whites. Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir really well.

    Line a tin with baking paper and add the contents of the bowl to your tin. Cook for 20-25 minutes
