Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 100 gsugar
  2. 50 gground almond
  3. 2avocados
  4. 3egg whites
  5. 150 gplain flour
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 2 tablespoonscocoa powder
  8. 100 gchopped dates
  9. 100 gdark chocolate
  10. 100 gmilk chocolate
  11. 100 gwhite chocolate

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees. Add the avocados, almond and sugar to a bowl and mash together

    Mix in the egg whites. Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir really well.

    Line a tin with baking paper and add the contents of the bowl to your tin. Cook for 20-25 minutes
