Add dry yeast and sugar in a cup on warm water. Activated for 10 minutes.

Add maida, salt, oil, yeast mixture in a mixing bowl.

Add some water make a dough.

Dough rest for 1-2 hours

Now again knead this dough

Now make ball with this dough

Make a big roti spread butter, grated cheese, oregano, chilli flakes in half part of roti

Cover the roti spread butter on top sprinkle green coriander, oregano and chilli flakes

Cut diagonally with the knife

Bake for 20 minutes on 180 degree preheated oven

Serve with cheesey dip
