  • 3colour peppers(half each), chopped
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoonPlain crushed garlic or with chillies
  • 1 x tinKoo baked beans
  • to tasteYour favourite spices, e.g Rajah, masala spice, salt and pepper
