Ingredients

  • 1/2corn flour
  • 1 1/2 cupsugar
  • 2 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/2 tbspFood colour(aapne according)
  • 4 tbspghee
  • 1/2 tbspcardamom powder
  • 10-12cashews

Steps

  1. 1

    Add water,cornflour and food colour in a mixing bowl,mix it well

  2. 2

    Heat pan on gas add water and sugar and boil it

  3. 3

    When sugar syrup is thick add cornflour mixture in it and mix well,now add ghee

  4. 4

    Grease ghee in cake tin set this mixture sprinkle cardamom powder and keep aside for 2 hours

  5. 5

    After set cut into shape
