Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4medium sized potatoes, boiled and peeled
  2. 1grated carrot
  3. 1/2 cupgrated paneer
  4. 2 tbspchopped corinder
  5. 2 tbspgrated coconut
  6. 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  7. 1/2 tbspcumin powder1/2 tbsp pepper
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 cupSooji
  10. Oil for frying
  11. 6-8bread slices
  12. as requiredWater

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, add mashed potatoes, grated panner, carrot, corinder, salt, masalas.and mix well

  2. 2

    Keep the oil for frying IN A Medium flame and side by side take a bread slices, sprinkle water on it and make it little soft and place the mixed masala in the centre of bread and make balls with gentle hands.

    Coat the balls, with suji and fry till golden brown... And enjoy
