Steps

Wash and dry lady'finger and cut them into small pieces

Add all the above mentioned spices including salt and lime juice mix them well.

Heat oil in a kadhai/pan add lady'finger fry them in Medium flame after few mins slow the flame and let it cook until lady'finger are crisp and done.

Serve hot enjoy with paratha
