Steps

First soak the gelatin powder into water for 15 min

Heat a pan add cream, milk, sugar and boil it.

Add gelatin mixture, betel leaves, Pan masala, gulkand then mix well.

Boil for two minutes then keep inside and rest to cool.

Pour the mixture into the bowl and put it in the refrigerator for 2/3 hours

Now demould it on the plate and decorate with love.
