Steps

Take oil in a pan and heat. Add chopped onion and Ginger-Garlic paste.

After 2- 3 minutes, add Tomato puree.

After 2-3 minutes add all masala in pan and mix well.saute properly.

After 3-4 minutes, add water, salt and 1 chopped boiled egg.

Now, put cover on the pan and cook for 9-10 minutes on low-medium flame.

When it is cooked properly take it out in a Bowl. Garnish with green coriander leaves and boiled Egg.

Our Boiled Egg Bhurjee is ready to serve.
