Take a Big Bowl mix wheat flour,maida, ajwain salt,ghee,soda mix for two or three minutes with your hand

Make soft dough with water and rest for 1 /2 an hour

Make ball and roll it with a rolling pin.

Put on tawa and apply ghee on both sides and cook on slow flame, your paratha is ready to be served.
