Marinate Soya champ with ginger garlic paste, curd and all spices. Keep aside for half hour.

For gravy: Put oil in pan and add 2 sticks of dal chini, choti elaichi and onions. Sauce for 5-6 mins till it is light brown in colour. Add tomatoes and saute till it is soft.Cool the mixture and mash it in a mixer.

Grill the marinated Soya Champ side by side.

Put the grinded mixture in pan and cook for 3-4 mins. Add tomato puree and cook for 3-4 mins. Add Grilled Soya and cover the pan with lid for 5-7 mins. Make sure the flame is on slow.

Add milk, kasturi methi to the Soya gravy. Let it cook for 5 mins. And garnish with dhania.
