I had some left over chicken and craved for some nutritious greens i.e michiri, french beans and cauliflower I made this.

I had some left over chicken and craved for some nutritious greens i.e michiri, french beans and cauliflower I made this.
Steps

Thoroughly wash your veges.

Cut your carrots lengthy wise as above.

In a sufuria add water and boil.
- 4
Using a large kitchen sieve, put your veges in it. Then place it in the sufuria of boil water and steam for 5-7mins.

Remove from heat.

In shallow pan, add your margarine to melt.

Add your vegetables and salt and coat with the margarine stirring gently for just 3 mins.

Remove from heat and serve.
