My mother in law got me some gram flour and I thought why not make some bhajia

Peel and chop your potatoes.

Mix the gram flour, turmeric, garlic powder with water into a paste.

Add your potatoes into the paste and mix thoroughly.

Add the coriander and salt to the paste and stir. Make sure it's completely mixed.

Let it rest for 20 minutes.

Heat the oil in your pan.

Add the potato pieces one at a time or with a serving spoon making sure to separate the pieces.

Fry for 2 minutes on each side and turn them if you are shallow frying

After they have fried well and turned a little brown, remove and serve.

Enjoy with a salad of your choice.
