Indian Cheese Cake

We used to leave in a rented house in Bangalore. Mr. and Mrs. Pais were the owners. They were staying on the ground floor and us on the first. Auntie introduced me to the world of Desserts and Baking. She is an extremely good human being , wonderful teacher and a fantastic Baker. She gave me this recipe. It is easy and the ingredients are very easily available. Everyone I have served liked it.
Hope you will also give it a try. Though the recipe is named Cheese Cake it doesn’t have Cream cheese.
