Oooey Gooey 'Nutella' Chocolate Hazelnut Brownie

Not my best batch in the pic here they could have done with a little longer baking but they're definitely ooey, gooey an mmm mmm mmm tasty.
The pictures are for a slightly smaller batch but still makes 8 good size brownies.

Steps

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C.

Over a low heat, gently melt the butter in a pan.

Mix in the chocolate spread until smooth and consistent then remove from the heat.

In a bowl mix together the eggs and sugar using an electric mixer for about 3 minutes or until creamy. (alternatively child powered for a good 5 minutes will do.)

Once the chocolate and butter has cooled a bit, gently combine with the egg and sugar.

Sift in the flour cocoa and baking powder together and gently fold into the mix.

Pour into a greased, lined baking tin and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove from the oven and set aside on a wire rack. Don't panic if your brownies still look runny, they will firm up as they cool but should keep a nice gooey centre.

Once cooled enough, remove from the baking tin and slice into individual portions.

Grab yourself a glass of milk or a mug of hot chocolate and tuck in.
