Ingredients

30 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 2 buncheschopped palak/ spinach
  • 250 gpaneer
  • 1 bowlonion puree
  • 1 bowltomato puree
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli powde
  • 1 tspdhania / coriander powder
  • as neededOil for fry

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly wash palak and boil into pressure cooker for 4 whistles and beat it into mixer jar.

  2. 2

    Take a pan put oil into it add onions puree into it.when onions puree colour change into pink shade add tomato puree into it.

  3. 3

    Fry it for 8 to 10 minutes.Now add red chilli powder into it add salt into it.

  4. 4

    Now put palak into it and fry for 7 to 8 minutes.At last panner pieces into it and covered for 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Tasty palak paneer ready to eat.
