Boil 200 gms noodles in warm water with 1 tsp cooking oil strain the water and keep the boiled noodles aside.

Fry beans, carrot, capsicum (approx. 50gms each) on low heat

Add boiled noodles, 2 tsp mamta noodles masala, soya sauce, salt

And stir for a about 2-3 minutes
- 5
Serve hot noodles with chilli sauce and tomato your yummy noodles are ready to be serve
