Get your bell peppers ready...you soak them in salted water to remove the bitterness

For the fills use the rice,minced meat peas and carrots

Refill the bell peppers with the leftovers over rice and top up with the grated cheese

Place them in a pie dish and drizzle them with oil

Take them to the oven for about 10-15minutes the temperature should be around 200 degrees
