Instant medu vada, idli and dosa with chutney
south indian breakfast..
Steps

First soak the rice and urad dal seperately for 8hrs then grind it and mix it nicely and keep it overnight for fermentation

Next morning prepare dosa or idli as per your preference with adding salt and water

For medu wada take 1cup of semolina add onion,ginger,cumin seeds. curry leaves salt and curd half cup mix it nicely and let it rest for 20 mins then prepare the shape of medu wada and deep fry them

For chutney grind all the ingredients listed for chutney with water and salt and it's ready
