Ingredients

30min
  • 1/2 cup- Rava(Semolina)
  • 3 tbsp- Malai
  • 1/2 cup- Sugar
  • 1 tbsp- Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup- Chopped dry fruits
  • 5-6 drop- red colour

Steps

  1. 1

    In bowl take rava, and add malai

    Mix well.

    Keep it for 10 min.

  4. 4

    After 10 min, grind it in interval of 5-6 sec. Don't grind continuously.

    Now heat a pan and add the mix.

    Saute for 2-3 min. Off the flame, and take it out in a bowl..

  7. 7

    Now add cardamom powder, and dry fruits.

    Heat a pan, add sugar and water just half of the sugar to make syrup.

    As syrup ready, off the flame, and add red colour

    Now add rava mixture, and mix it

    Now wait for cooling it, as it cool make modak.
