2big slice Yam
2big Eggs
Salt
1 cupFlour
Vegetable oil for frying
1/4 teaspoonGinger
1/4 teaspoonCurry
1 cupDry Potato flasks

Peel and cut yam sprinkle salt on it.

In a clean bowl,put flour,salt,dry potatoe flask,ginger,salt,curry

Whisk egg in a bowl and dip the yam in it.

Dip in the dry mixture,heat up vegetable oil and then fry till is brownish.

Select out and put in the sieve.
