  • 2Tomatoes
  • 1Onion
  • 250 Gliver
  • Royco
  • 1Knorr beef cube
  • 1Hoho
  • 1Garlic
  • 1Ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush the garlic and ginger together

  2. 2

    Cut the liver into small pieces

  3. 3

    Fry the onion and garlic and ginger till brown

  4. 4

    Add chopped tomatoes and hoho cook till tender

  5. 5

    Season the liver with the spices and put in the tomatoes

  6. 6

    Cook for 7 minutes till ready
