Heat the pan and stir the rava in oil or ghee for 5 minute,add milk in it

Mix well as no knot should be there. Make dough and kneet it for 10 minut. As it should be smooth to make balls

Make balls of the dough be sure no cracks should be there.

Heet the oil and deep fry the balls on slow flame till it get golden brown

During the process make chashni --add sugar and water and boil it for 5 minut.

Now put the balls in chashni

Put for 2 hours soked in chashni.they will be soft serve hot or cold.
