Steps

Roast sabudana until golden brown and allow to cool.

Grind sabudana with cardamom to fine powder.

If you used jiggery grind with sabudana.

Transfer mixture in bowl. In a pan lightly roast the coconut for 2-3 minutes. And transfer in sabudana mixture.

Add sugar powered, drynuts powder and mix well.

Heat ghee in a pan and add ghee in sabudana mixture and stir very well with a wooden spoon.

While mixture is still warm fill this mixture in grease modak mould and press tightly.

Sabudana modak are ready to be served for ganeshji.
