Take a bowl add wheat flour then add oil and salt as required add water to make soft dough and cover it leave for 15 minutes.

Take cream in a bowl mix onion green pepper green chilli and salt mix well

Take dough in your hand make medium size ball flat it and roll it thin then now put one spoon filling and close the edges nicely.

Sprinkle wheat flour and roll with a rolling pin to make parathas
- 5
Heat a Tawa, grease oil put paratha and shallow fry with oil until both side attain golden brown colour, serve it immediately
