Steps

Boil and peel the potatoes.

Crush ginger garlic and chilli in to paste.

Smash the potatoes. Add salt and turmeric powder.

Season it with mustard seeds, crushed paste, hing and curry leaves. Chop coriander leaves and add to the potatoes.

Make balls.

Fry the balls in oil.
- 7
Vadas are ready. Serve hot with coriander chutney and garlic groundnuts chutney.

Make a batter of Besan and water. Add salt and a pinch of soda.
