Sweet Potato Porridge

Recently I had cravings for sweet foods, wherever that came from I can't tell, Lol. I didn't want to eat cakes or cookies so I opted for natural sweetness.
I don't eat sugar, I grew up not eating it. Any sweetner in my food is a big turnoff. Consumption of. natural honey for me, is a huge problem because I noticed my system doesn't accept sweet things at all. Even though I bake sugary foods, I never get to eat them, my cousins , niece and nephews do the eating once am done taking pictures. After cooking my ripe plantain porridge I was pleased. And I went further to think of another similar sweet meal. This sweet potato porridge came to mind.
Well after eating both dish almost at the same time my stomach paid for it. Pains and other stuff, 😊
For a baby meal is perfect because it turned out mushy . Very easy to make.
