In bowl mix flour, yeast and sugar in bowl

Add olive oil, water and knead until dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and let the dough rise for 30-35 minutes

After resting, add green onions and knead until combined.

Divided dough into 6 pieces. Roll out the dough into an oval shape

Brush oil on non stick pan. Add one of the flat breads and let cook until it starts to rise and browned at the bottom. Flip and cook the second side
