Add water and salt to the flour and mix well. Keep for 10 minutes.

Now take a portion of the dough and shape into desired shapes. I took a cookie cutter and shaped it into a hexagon.

Heat a tava. Cook the paratha adding butter on both sides. Handle the dough properly as it does not bind easily.

Alternately you can shape using a polythenes sheet. Take a portion of the dough and place on a polythenes. Cover again by a polythenes. Roll out. Remove upper polythenes. Gently take the paratha and place on the tava.

Serve with saag. They taste yum.
